My husband and I wanted an entry door from the garage to our backyard and Vaun was very helpful answering all of our questions and concerns. He was prompt in his response and we had a very fast turnaround from getting a fair quote to having the door installed! The crew was courteous and respectful of our home and within a day we have a beautiful and functional door to fit our needs! “Vaughn replaced our old wood stairs in the back of our house with a beautiful new set of stairs and small deck using Trex decking. Vaughn and his team were very friendly and easy to work with. Vaughn was prompt to respond to questions or concerns and provide us with the results we wanted. He came when he said he would and finished when he said he would. I was impressed by the quality of his work. The new stairs were built extremely well. The new stairs are a major upgrade to the cheap stairs that were built with the house. They are very strong and look great. I'd definitely recommend working with Vaughn and his team.”

When we contacted him he promptly came to our home, looked over the project, and made helpful suggestions. Within a few days he gave us a firm and reasonable bid. His crew was here the next morning to start the work. All the workers were outstanding. They worked hard, did a good job and were very pleasant to deal with. Vaun was on-site every day and even offered to do a few extras at no additional charge. The project was completed on budget and a day ahead of schedule. We have been very pleased working with Silver Lake Construction.”

“I contacted Vaun at Silver Lake Construction and he came out the next day in response to my request for deck repair. He evaluated the condition of the deck, which was only four years old and had some problems in its structure. He proposed fair and reasonable approaches to the repair including possible costs. He was thorough in explaining each plan of repair and we agreed upon the best plan. Work began two days later and once it began he discovered that a simpler approach would resolve the situation and the final cost was the less amount proposed in his three options. I appreciated that his focus was on doing what was right and that no job was too small. He and his team focused on the details and it was apparent that he has a high standard of excellence and the skill to live up to that standard. I have already recommended him to others and now that the deck is repaired we will be exploring doing some remodel projects that have been on my list - finding a trusted construction company is a daunting process and I feel like I struck gold in finding Vaun and Silver Lake Construction.”

I spoke with Silver Lake construction and they came out the same day to inspect our deck and give us a quote. They were able to start on this project just a few days later and got it done quickly.
